Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by UPS.
How long is shipping?
All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). Imperial Locxs is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by UPS.
NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. No exceptions!

What if I input the wrong address?
If you make a mistake on the address please email:Imperiallocxs@gmail.com so that we can correct your order immediately before it is shipped. Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to UPS. Thus, you would have to repay for us to ship it to you.
How often do you restock?
We restock our website bi-weekly.
